Rethinking Dentistry: Dr. Landry’s Vision
Dentistry, Reimagined
Dr. Landry approaches every patient relationship as a consultancy, not just an appointment. His goal is to understand what patients want to achieve, whether that’s improved function, aesthetics, or overall well-being. By taking time to listen and educate, he helps each person make informed decisions about their health. It’s dentistry designed around people, not procedures.
Breaking Free from Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is one of the biggest hurdles both patients and dentists face. The restrictions often prevent people from receiving the care they truly need. After seeing this problem firsthand, Dr. Landry and his wife, who brought years of business expertise from her time in the aviation industry, decided to take a bold step forward. Together, they created an in-house membership program that replaces the limits of traditional insurance with flexibility, transparency, and real value. This program gives patients access to comprehensive dental care while removing the stress and uncertainty of insurance red tape.
The Non-Restrictive Practice
Dr. Landry describes his office as a non-restrictive practice; a place where decisions are made based on what’s best for the patient, not what’s covered by an insurance code.
His care philosophy is built around what he calls the pathway to health: teeth, gums, and airways. By focusing on the connection between oral health and total body wellness, he helps patients not only achieve better smiles but also improve breathing, sleep, and quality of life.
Looking Ahead
As Dr. Landry reflects on his career and looks toward the next decade, he’s thinking deeply about the future of his practice and the dental industry as a whole. While many of his patients are entering retirement, his vision remains centered on accessibility, innovation, and education, creating a model that inspires both patients and peers to see dentistry in a new light.
