Our CEO, Mary Ann Landry, was featured in an article in CanvasRebel, an online publication that features interviews and stories about small business owners, artists, and creatives. Mary Ann is also our Chief Visionary Officer, a title that not only describes what her skill set is but also how she uses those skills to benefit the practice and our patients. Bringing her years of experience in commercial aviation to improve the patient experience at Consultants in Dental Aesthetics was a step that improved how we operate and how our patients face their treatments and appointments.
Elevated Patient Experience
Mary Ann’s passion for creating an environment with an emotional connection and an elevated experience drives her to ensure our patients feel cared for and valued whenever they walk through our doors. The idea of curating a patient experience that is similar to what you would expect in a first-class cabin when flying is rooted in Mary Ann’s past work as a Director of Inflight Training for a major airline.
Commercial aviation may seem like a field that is entirely incompatible with dentistry, but Mary Ann was able to bring her leadership skills and passion for creating and providing an elevated experience to the practice and helped make it something our patients will never forget, whether it is a patient’s first appointment, where they are welcomed and guided by one of our Patient Advocates, or undergoing treatment to achieve their smile and oral health goals. In Mary Ann’s vision, dentistry is more than a transaction. It’s a thoughtful, patient-centered experience.
Every Interaction Matters
Dentistry as Artistry
People rarely think of dentists as artists, and strictly speaking, they might not be, but there is artistry in providing a service that draws on all your abilities and skills to the fullest. There is something artistic about taking the time to focus on the patient in front of you, on what they need and what their goals are, and then creating a treatment plan that is only for them.
Taking the First Step
In the CanvasRebel interview, Mary Ann discusses how her previous experience shaped her approach to the work she has done for the practice. Building something from scratch to create the patient experience we now offer is a journey of pride and satisfaction that none of us will soon forget.
We love being able to give our patients the luxurious, personalized care and attention they deserve. We invite you to read the interview with Mary Ann Landry for more details on her experiences and vision.
If you would like more information about our curated patient experience, consider scheduling a discovery visit at our office located in Spring, TX. This will give you a chance to meet one of our Patient Advocates, who will walk you through the entire first appointment. We look forward to welcoming you on your journey to oral health and wellness.
