Meet Dr. Corey Birch

We’re introducing Dr. Corey Birch, the newest addition to the Consultants in Dental Aesthetics team. His background isn’t typical for a dentist, and that’s exactly why he fits here. Thorough, whole-health care takes someone who’s actually paid attention to people before, not just teeth.
From Service to Smiles
Dr. Birch grew up in El Paso, Texas. He went to Texas A&M for undergrad, then Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso for his DMD. Here’s what most dentists don’t have on their resume: cardiac rehab specialist. Transplant ward coordinator. High school anatomy teacher. Three completely different jobs, three different ways of learning how to explain hard things to people who are scared or confused. That background shows up now in how he talks to patients.
A Philosophy Centered on You
Dr. Birch doesn’t think dentistry’s job is just to patch problems. He wants patients to leave healthier overall, not just fixed for now. That means taking time, respecting your schedule, and making sure you actually know what’s happening with your own care. Nervous about a procedure? Working through something specific? Either way, he’ll walk you through it until you’re actually confident in the decision, not just going along with it. He’s active in the Academy of General Dentistry and keeps up with new techniques as they come out.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work he’s into football, baseball, and staying active. He and his wife just welcomed their daughter, Sienna, so this is a big year for the family in Spring.
